Aquesta porta de la ciutat es troba aïllada a la dreta de l' antic mercat de la carn , a la vora del Sambre. Aquesta porta de pedra calcària barroca va ser dissenyada l'any 1729 per l'arquitecte de Namur Denis-Georges Bayar.
És un arc complet amb un marc estriat i rústics d'un sobre dos caps. La clau en mènsules està decorada amb el lleó de la ciutat , sota un impressionant frontó corbat interromput per una gran petxina en la qual dos vells estirats al frontó aboquen aigua, simbolitzant la confluència.
