Esta puerta de la ciudad se encuentra aislada a la derecha de la antigua lonja de carne , al borde del Sambre. Esta puerta barroca de piedra caliza fue diseñada en 1729 por el arquitecto de Namur Denis-Georges Bayar.
Se trata de un arco entero con marco acanalado y jefes rústicos uno sobre dos. La llave en voladizo está decorada con el león de la ciudad , bajo un impresionante frontón curvo interrumpido por una gran concha en la que dos ancianos tumbados sobre el frontón vierten agua, simbolizando la confluencia.
