Minsk o Miensk és la capital i ciutat més gran de Bielorússia. Està situada al centre del país i és travessada pels rius Nyamiha i Sviloch. És la seu administrativa de la Comunitat d'Estats Independents .
Minsk s'estén en una àrea de 509 km² en la qual, segons estimacions de l'any 2015, habiten un total de 2.995.000 persones. Com a capital de l'estat, Minsk té un estatus administratiu especial dins de Bielorússia i és, a més, la capital de la província de Minsk i del districte homònim.
