Asciburgium fou un establiment romà a Germània Inferior prop del Rin. La llegenda diu que fou fundat per l'heroi Odiseu, però el que se sap és que fou fundat per Drus el Vell vers l'11 o 12 aC. Inicialment petit fou reconstruït fins a quatre vegades i va acabar una mica més gran ; finalment fou abandonat vers el 85 quan el riu va canviar el seu curs. L'establiment civil va subsistir. Valentinià I hi va construir un castell que encara existia a la meitat del segle v.
