El castell d'Eschenau, també conegut com el castell Muffels, és una antiga fortificació de torre i més tard un complex castellà a Eschenau, un barri del municipi d'Eckental, a la regió de Franconia Mitjana, al districte d'Erlangen-Höchstadt.
