Gimenells i el Pla de la Font és un municipi de la comarca del Segrià, a Catalunya. El cap municipal és el poble de Gimenells. Inclou l'entitat municipal descentralitzada del Pla de la Font.
L'actual poble fou construït per l'Institut Nacional de Colonització l'any 1939. El 25 de maig de 1991 se segregà d'Alpicat.
