Llívia és un municipi català de la Baixa Cerdanya, tot i que geogràficament pertany a l'Alta Cerdanya. Té la particularitat de ser un enclavament dins l'Estat francès , com a conseqüència dels termes del Tractat dels Pirineus , la posterior Conferència de Ceret i el Tractat de Llívia .El municipi és integrat, a més de Llívia, pels pobles de Gorguja i de Cereja, el caseriu de Gorguja Petita —mas de Travis— i el mas Jonquer. A més, s'hi troba l' ermita de Sant Guillem de la Prada.
