Situada en l'extrem septentrional del País Valencià, la vila de Càlig es troba damunt d'un pujol de 123 msnm. El terme municipal limita amb les viles de Sant Jordi, Vinaròs, Benicarló, Peníscola i Cervera del Maestrat, totes elles de la comarca del Baix Maestrat. S'accedix a esta localitat des de Castelló prenent l'AP-7 i després la CV-135.
