El Teatre Nacional de Catalunya és un teatre ubicat a Barcelona. Inaugurat l'any 1996, va néixer amb l'objectiu bàsic de consolidar una oferta teatral d'alta qualitat tant a escala nacional com internacional que, des de la capacitat de risc estètic i la voluntat de servei pròpia del teatre públic, completés un panorama teatral caracteritzat per la creativitat i la riquesa de les iniciatives. Carme Portaceli n'és la directora des de l'any 2021.
