Els estanys de Baiau són dos estanys naturals d'origen glacial situats al circ de Baiau, a la capçalera del riu Noguera de Vallferrera. Pertanyen al terme municipal d'Alins a la comarca del Pallars Sobirà.La seva conca és de 128 hectàrees, està orientada cap al nord-oest i té com a punts més alts la Roca Entravessada , el pic de Sanfonts i el pic de Baiau tancant l'extrem sud-est de la conca.
