Gréixer és una entitat de població del municipi de Ger a la Baixa Cerdanya. El 2012 tenia 32 habitants. Es troba a una alçada de 1.345 m. Hi destaca l'església romànica de Sant Climent de Gréixer.
La primera comunitat, l'any 879 o 880, de la vall de Ripoll, després de la conquesta pel comte Guifré, fou dirigida per Daguí, fins llavors sacerdot a l'església de Gréixer. Se sap que el 20 d'abril del 888, el comte Guifré, al construir el cenobi de Santa Maria de Ripoll, va fer donació al mateix, del poble i església de Gréixer.
