La Fageda que pateixen discapacitats intel·lectuals o trastorns mentals. Actualment dóna feina a prop de 250 persones, la meitat de les quals són persones amb discapacitats psíquiques.
Es dedica principalment a l'elaboració de iogurts, producte que comercialitza des del 1993 i amb el que és la tercera marca més venuda a Catalunya el 2011. També compta amb seccions de jardineria i viver i explotació lletera. L'any 2009 va absorbir una fàbrica de gelats de Badalona i des del 2010 incorpora també aquest producte. Quan es va veure abocada a tancar la secció de reforestació va decidir crear una nova secció de melmelades i conserves, amb la que es preveu sortir al mercat el 2012.
