Original: Inicialment era una fàbrica de suro i un habitatge unifamiliar de la família Barbesá.
A inicis dels anys 70 van associar-se amb una empresa francesa i van canviar la ubicació de la fàbrica a un altre espai industrial de nova planta a prop del cementiri municipal.
Actual: En aquests moments reconvertit en una fàbrica de confitures que porta la mateixa família des del gener de l’any 1998 confitures fil d’or.
