La Batalla de Medellín fou una contesa ocorreguda el 28 de març de 1809, durant la guerra del francès, entre tropes espanyoles comandades pel general Gregorio García de la Cuesta, i franceses, dirigides pel mariscal Claude Victor Perrin. Tingué lloc pels voltants de Medellín i fou una victòria francesa.
