L'Hospital és un paratge de camps de conreu de secà del municipi de Castell de Mur, al Pallars Jussà, a l'antic municipi de Guàrdia de Tremp, en terres de la vila de Guàrdia de Noguera.
És al sud de la vila, a ponent de les Esplanes, al sud del Tros de Canja i al llevant de los Prats. Al nord-est de l'Hospital hi ha la Coma, al sud, lo Lledó i al sud-est, l'ermita de Sant Sebastià. La Cabana del Lluc queda al nord-est de l'Hospital.
