El Govern Militar és un edifici de l'exèrcit espanyol a Barcelona destinat bàsicament a usuos administratius. És un edifici Neoclàssic de principis del segle xx, construït al final del passeig de Colom, a la confluència amb la plaça Porta de la Pau.
El 1855 es va construir un primer edifici militar anomenat Parc d'enginyers en els terrenys de l'antic convent de Sant Francesc enderrocat el 1837. El 1928 es va iniciar la construcció de l'actual edifici per allotjar dependències del Ministeri de la Guerra. Es tracta d'un edifici d'estil neoclàssic, obra d'Adolf Florensa i Ferrer, dissenyat com un clon de l'edifici de la Llotja, situat a l'altre extrem del passeig de Colom.
