Des del Mirador Peña Vieja es té una bonica vista de com es troba Arcos de la Frontera sobre una roca espectacular .
Les cases blanques i els murs del castell de pedra s'aturen bruscament a la roca escarpada sobre la fèrtil vall del riu Guadalete. L'any 1962, Arcos va ser declarat Monument Històric-Artístic Nacional en reconeixement a la seva arquitectura excepcional i a la seva impressionant ubicació. El nucli antic és un laberint de carrers que condueixen a un castell de pedra sorrenca, el Castillo de los Arcos .
Com és d'esperar des d'un mirador tan espectacular, hi ha unes vistes emocionants de la ciutat i de la plana ondulant a sota.
