Illa o Illa del Riberal és una vila i comuna nord-catalana de 5.405 habitants de la comarca del Rosselló. De vegades s'anomena amb el complement d'"Illa de Tet", per influència del francès, però no té raó de ser ni en català ni en francès perquè es troba a la comarca del Riberal de la Tet. Tanmateix, Joan Becat i el Nomenclàtor toponímic de la Catalunya del Nord donen com a preferent la forma Illa, senzillament.
