Cerizay és un municipi francès situat al departament de Deux-Sèvres i a la regió de la Nova Aquitània. L'any 2007 tenia 4.591 habitants.El 2007 la població de fet de Cerizay era de 4.591 persones. Hi havia 1.892 famílies de les quals 564 eren unipersonals , 632 parelles sense fills, 536 parelles amb fills i 160 famílies monoparentals amb fills.
