Montblanc és un poble occità del Llenguadoc del departament de l'Erau, a la regió d'Occitània. La població es deia abans Sainte-Eulalie de la Thongue .
El lloc anomenat Castell Vell és el punt més elevat del poble, que s'escampa als seus peus per mitjà de carrers empedrats estrets. En aquest indret es pot apreciar el magnífic conjunt fortificat del Castell i l'Església de Santa Eulàlia, que el 1987 fou declarat Monument Històric pel govern de França:
