Sant Joan el Vell de Perpinyà és l'antiga església parroquial romànica de la ciutat de Perpinyà, a la comarca del Rosselló, de la Catalunya del Nord.
És al costat nord mateix de l'església actualment catedral de Sant Joan Baptista. En el barri de Sant Joan. És també una de les quatre parròquies originàries de la ciutat. A més, va ser la seu d'un monestir de canonges regulars agustinians.
