Casos és una illa del Dodecanès a la mar Egea, Grècia, entre l'illa de Càrpatos i Creta. Estrabó diu que es trobava a 70 estadis de Càrpatos i a 250 de Creta, i tenia 80 estadis de circumferència.
Actualment té uns vuit-cents habitants i cinc localitats: Fri , Hàgia Marina , Arvanitohori , Poli i Panagia . Fri és la principal i va ser fundada l'any 1830. Té un petit aeroport. Quasi totes les viles són a la vora de Fri, que és a la badia d'Emborios, antiga Empòrion, on hi havia el port de l'illa. L'antiga ciutat de Casos és a l'interior, en ruïnes, al costat de la moderna Poli. Una plana del sud es diu Argos, probablement derivada de la ciutat d'Argos.
