Els Jocs Olímpics d'Estiu de 1906, també anomenats Jocs Intercalats, es van celebrar a la ciutat d'Atenes entre el 22 d'abril i el 2 de maig de 1906. Hi participaren un total de 903 esportistes, entre elles 883 homes i 20 dones, de 21 comitès nacionals. No són oficialment reconeguts com a Jocs Olímpics, tot i que en el seu moment s'organitzaren com a tals. Les medalles entregades tampoc són reconegudes pel Comitè Olímpic Internacional.
