Cervara di Roma és un comune de la ciutat metropolitana de Roma, a la regió italiana del Laci, situat uns 50 km a l'est de Roma. Limita amb els següents municipis: Agosta, Arsoli, Camerata Nuova, Marano Equo, Rocca di Botte i Subiaco.
Va ser fundat per monjos benedictins al segle viii o IX. Al centre històric de Cervara només s'hi pot arribar a peu després d'una pujada de 35 metres. El poble està situat al Parc regional dels Monts Simbruini.
