Hibla Menor o Megara Hibla . Era probablement una ciutat grega, colònia de Mègara, i en aquest cas fou la mateixa que sota els romans es va dir Mègara Hiblea .
Fou fundada sobre la ciutat sícula d'Hybla o molt a la vora, amb el nom de Megara, i fou destruïda per Geló de Siracusa quant feia 245 que s'havia fundat; els seus habitants foren expulsats o traslladats a altres ciutats i el seu territori incorporat a Siracusa.
