El bisbat d'Ugento-Santa Maria di Leuca és una seu de l'Església catòlica, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Lecce, que pertany a la regió eclesiàstica Pulla. El 2010 tenia 120.000 batejats d'un total de 122.000 habitants. Actualment està regida pel bisbe Vito Angiuli.
El sant patró de la diòcesi d'Ugento-Santa Maria de Leuca és sant Vicenç d'Osca, la festa del qual és el 22 de gener.
