Segurament construït cap al segle XIV . L'església va ser restaurada al segle XVI.
El 1604 fou destinada a la confraria de S. Lorenzo i el 1761 a la de S. Bernaba . L'únic que es va desconsagrar l'any 1897 és la façana amb un portal medieval en toba i una petita finestra rodona sobre el portal.
