El palau Ciaccio va ser construït a finals del 1800 a l'estil dels palaus renaixentistes florentins .
Es distribueix en tres carrers i destaca per la seva monumentalitat, la calidesa de la pedra i l'harmonia de les línies. És un dels palaus millor conservats de Sambuca . La façana consta de cinc balcons sobre mènsules tallades i els murs del primer pis presenten una rústica llisa.
Totes les estances interiors s'obren al pati amb un pòrtic quadrangular amb arcs sostinguts per columnes.
