El Museu Oceanogràfic de Mònaco és un museu de ciències marines situat a la Vila de Mònaco, Mònaco. És la seu de la Comissió de Ciència Mediterrània . L'edifici forma part de l'Institut Oceanogràfic, el qual es compromet a compartir el seu coneixement dels oceans.
El Museu Oceanogràfic va ser inaugurat al 1910, pel reformista modernista monegasc, el Príncep Albert I. Jacques-Yves Cousteau va exercir de director del museu des del 1957 fins al 1988. El museu va celebrar el seu centenari al març de 2010, després d'extenses renovacions.
