El Centre Nacional d'Esports Papendal és un centre nacional esportiu dels Països Baixos, situat a la regió del Veluwe, a 8 km d'Arnhem.El primer esdeveniment que es va realitzar al centre Papendal foren els Jocs Paralímpics de 1980, entre el 21 de juny i el 5 de juliol. Tot i així, el centre no va desenvolupar-se plenament fins a partir del 1993, moment en què va aparèixer el Comitè Olímpic Neerlandès i la Federació Esportiva Neerlandesa . El CON i la FSN estan formats per 90 organitzacions esportives afiliades, que representen uns 2.700 esportistes.
