Nøtterøy és un municipi insular situat al comtat de Vestfold, Noruega. Té 21.621 habitants i la seva superfície és de 60,56 km². El centre administratiu del municipi és el poble de Borgheim. Va ser establert el 1838 amb el nom de Nøtterø.
El municipi inclou les illes de Nøtterøy, Veierland, Føynland i al voltant de 175 altres illes menors. La majoria dels habitants viu al nord de l'illa principal. Nøtterøy fa frontera amb els municipis de Tønsberg, Tjøme i Stokke. El Parc Nacional de Færder està parcialment situat al municipi.
