Askim és un antic municipi situat al comtat d'Østfold, Noruega. Té 15.615 habitants i té una superfície de 69 km². El centre administratiu del municipi és el poble homònim.
Està situat al costat d'un dels rius més llargs de Noruega, el Glomma, el qual forma el límit amb Spydeberg pel nord i l'oest, i amb Skiptvet pel sud. Askim també limita amb Trøgstad pel nord-est i amb Eidsberg pel sud-est.
