Eidsberg és un antic municipi situat al comtat d'Østfold, Noruega. Té 11.396 habitants i té una superfície de 236 km². El centre administratiu del municipi és el poble de Mysen.
Eidsberg es va establir com a municipi l'1 de gener de 1838. El poble de Mysen va ser separat d'Eidsberg per formar un municipi propi l'1 de juliol de 1920, però es va tornar a unir l'1 de gener de 1961. Limita amb els municipis de Rakkestad, Askim, Skiptvet, Trøgstad i Marker a Østfold, i amb Aurskog-Høland a Akershus.
