Andebu és un antic municipi situat al comtat de Vestfold, Noruega. Té 5.937 habitants i la seva superfície és de 185,9 km². El centre administratiu del municipi és el poble homònim. Va ser establert l'1 de gener de 1838.
Andebu té grans àrees de bosc. Els principals pobles són Andebu, Høyjord, i Kodal. Els edificis de l'església als tres pobles són de l'edat Mitjana; el de Høyjord és una església de fusta que va ser construïda al voltant de 1150-1200.
