La Capella de Sant Sebastià va ser la darrera del conjunt de quatre Escales del Via Crucis de Valença. Va ser construïda a la segona meitat del segle XIX.
Tot i la seva senzillesa, la capella presenta una planta longitudinal senzilla, amb il·luminació axial i lateral a l'interior i coberta de massilla de fusta.
A l'interior, el retaule major, en talla policromada, tot i estar realitzat al segle XIX, reutilitza alguns elements esculpits antics i integra un grup escultòric del segle XVIII que representa el Descendiment de la Creu . Destaca també la pila d'aigua beneïda polilobulada, que uneix dues cassoletes.
