La chapelle Saint-Sébastien est la dernière des quatre marches du chemin de croix de Valença. Elle a été construite dans la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle.
Malgré sa simplicité, la chapelle présente un plan longitudinal simple, avec un éclairage axial et latéral à l'intérieur et un toit en bois mastic.
À l'intérieur, le retable principal, en sculpture polychrome, bien que réalisé au XIXe siècle, réutilise certains éléments sculptés anciens et intègre un groupe sculptural du XVIIIe siècle représentant la Descente de la Croix . Il faut également souligner le bénitier polylobé, qui relie deux vasques.
