El bisbat de Koper és una seu de l'Església catòlica a Eslovènia, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Ljubljana. Al 2016 tenia 185.450 batejats d'un total de 258.958 habitants. Actualment està regida pel bisbe Jurij Bizjak.La seu episcopal és la ciutat de Koper, on es troba la catedral de l'Assumpció. A Nova Gorica es troba la cocatedral del Salvador Diví
