Bispedømmet Koper er et romersk-katolsk bispedømme beliggende i Slovenien med sæde i Koper. Bispedømmet tilhører kirkeprovinsen Ljubljana og er sammen med bispedømmet Novo mesto suffragan til erkebispedømmet Ljubljana.
Historien om bispedømmet kan spores tilbage til det 6. århundrede. I 1828 blev det samlet med bispedømmet Trieste til bispedømmet Trieste og Capodistria. Efter 1945 blev den jugoslaviske del af dette bispedømme indrettet som apostolisk administration. I 1977 blev bispesædet genoprettet, og bispedømmet blev gjort til suffragan til Ljubljana.
