La mesquita Kalenderhane és una església ortodoxa a Istanbul convertida en mesquita després de la invasió otomana. Es creu que l'església va estar originàriament dedicada a la Mare de Déu del Senyor. És un dels pocs exemples d'arquitectura romana d'Orient amb planta de creu grega.
La mesquita està situada al districte de Fatih, Istanbul, Turquia, al barri de Vefa, al costat de l'aqüeducte de Valent i a menys d'un quilòmetre al sud-est de la mesquita de Vefa.
