MOS Technology, Inc., també coneguda com a Commodore Semiconductor Group , va ser un fabricant de calculadores i microprocessadors, fent-se famosa pel seu microprocessador MOS Technology 6502. Tot i la semblança, no té res a veure amb Mostek.
MOS va començar sent una segona font de les calculadores i xips interns dissenyats per Texas Instruments. També va fabricar per curt temps el custom xip utilitzat per Atari per a les seves consoles PONG. Mentre que el mercat de la calculadora va créixer MOS es va convertir eventualment en el major proveïdor de Commodore Business Machines, de manera que pràcticament el seu negoci es basava a subministrar components per a la seva línia de calculadores.
