MOS Technology, Inc., ook bekend als CSG , was een Amerikaans bedrijf dat halfgeleiders ontwierp en produceerde. Het bedrijf werd bekend om zijn 6502 microprocessor uit 1975, en diverse ontwerpen voor Commodore's reeks van homecomputers.
MOS Technology, Inc. werd oorspronkelijk opgericht in 1969 door het Amerikaanse bedrijf Allen-Bradley als tweede aanvoerbron voor de productie van elektronische rekenmachines en bijbehorende chips.
