Sistrans er en kommune med 2277 indbyggere i distrikterne Innsbruck-Land i delstaten Tyrol. Kommunen ligger i retskredsen Innsbruck. Sistrans ligger sydøst for Innsbruck på en mellem-bjergets terrasse. Landsbyen øst for Lans viser stadig et landligt præg i bykernen. Byen ligger 900 meter over havet, cirka 300 meter over Inndalen. Mod syd stiger kommunens område skovklædt op til 2300 meter.
