Mils er en kommune med 4625 indbyggere i distriktet Innsbruck-Land i Tirol. Kommunen ligger i retskredsen Hall i Tirol. Mils ligger i Inndalen på en aflejringskegle, ved foden af Karwendelbjergene, tolv kilometer øst for delstats hovedstaden Innsbruck ved Hall i Tirol. Kommunens område afgrænses mod vest af Weißbach og mod syd af Inn. Fra Inn, som flyder i cirka 560 meters højde over havet, stiger kommunens område blidt mod nordvest langs Weißbach til 770 meter. I nordøst ligger skovklædte højder op til 830 meter over havet.
