Rust ; Kroatisk: Rušta; Ungarsk: Ruszt) er en by i den østerrigske delstat Burgenland, beliggende ved den vestlige kyst af søen Neusiedl nær grænsen til Ungarn. Med kun omkring 1.900 indbyggere er det landets mindste lovgivningsmæssige by, da den blev tildelt rettighederne som en kongelig fri by af den ungarske krone i 1681. Som en Statutarstadt danner den også en administrativ distrikt i sig selv. Byen er berømt for sine vine, især for Beerenauslese, isvin og - især - Ruster Ausbruch.
