Murøen i Graz, ifølge projektet, er en kunstig ø som en flydende platform, der blev planlagt fra 1999, bygget i 2002 og åbnet i januar 2003 i Mur midt i Graz, for at skabe et andet og moderne vartegn for byen ved siden af Schlossberg i forbindelse med kulturhovedstadsåret. Projektoperatørernes hensigt var at forbinde arkitektur og kunst i det offentlige rum med oplevelsen af vand i centrum af byen.
