Achental er en biflod af Unterinntal i den østerrigske delstat Tirol. Dalen opdeles ved Jenbach fra Inndalen og strækker sig derefter mod nordvest indtil tæt på Achenpass ved grænsen til den tyske delstat Bayern.
I Achental ligger Achen-søen med sine tilførende floder som Oberaubach og Unteraubach. Tæt på Achenpass udspringer Ache, som også kaldes Seeache. Dalen er indelukket af Karwendelbjergene mod vest og Rofangebjergene mod øst.
