Salzburg Museum er et museum i den østrigske by Salzburg. Samlingen begyndte i 1834 med nogle militære genstande, der blev åbnet for offentligheden for at mindes krigen mod Napoleon. Efter en revolution i 1848 blev denne samling officielt anerkendt som Salzburgs bymuseum. I 1923 fik museet via en donation et stort antal naturhistoriske genstande. Under anden verdenskrig blev museet totalt ødelagt af bombardementer. En stor del af samlingen forblev intakt, fordi den var opbevaret i bunkere. Fra 1967 blev samlingen husstand i flere midlertidige museer, indtil der i 1997 blev valgt en ny permanent placering, hvor museet flyttede ind i 2005. I 2009 blev det udnævnt til europæisk museum af året.
