Rådhuset i Graz huserer borgmesteren og byrådet i den østerrigske kommune Graz.
Det første rådhus i Graz blev bygget i 1450, men blev hurtigt for lille. En century senere, i 1550, blev der bygget et større rådhus på den lokation, hvor det nuværende rådhus også står. Kun hjørnerne fik dekorationer, og bygningen blev opført i renæssancestil. I bygningen var blandt andet fængslet placeret. Denne bygning stod der indtil begyndelsen af det 19. århundrede, hvorefter et nyt rådhus i klassicistisk stil blev opført, som i slutningen af det 19. århundrede blev udvidet flere gange. Til dette måtte flere bygninger købes.
