Generali Open 2016 var en tennisturnering, der fandt sted fra den 18. til 23. juli 2016 i Kitzbühel. Det var en del af ATP World Tour 2016 og blev spillet udendørs på grus. I den samme uge blev J. Safra Sarasin Swiss Open Gstaad spillet i Gstaad, Konzum Croatia Open Umag i Umag og Citi Open i Washington, D.C. Sidstnævnte tilhørte kategorien ATP World Tour 500, mens de andre tre turneringer blev indregnet i den lavere belønnede kategori ATP World Tour 250.
Titelholderne var i singler Philipp Kohlschreiber og i double Nicolás Almagro og Carlos Berlocq.
