Pfarkirken Maria syv smerter er en romersk-katolsk kirke i bydelen Endsfeld i kommunen Imsterberg i distriktet Imst i Tirol. Syv-Smerter-Kirken tilhører dekanatet Imst i bispedømmet Innsbruck. Kirken er beskyttet som monument.
Kirken blev første gang nævnt i 1390. Et nybyggeri i 1687 blev efterfulgt af et andet byggeri i 1791. Tårnet blev opført i 1828. Facaden blev renoveret i 1977.
